Won\u2019t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it? \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>29<\/strong><\/font> For if you lay the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you, \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>30<\/strong><\/font> saying, \u2018This person began to build and wasn\u2019t able to finish.\u2019\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>31<\/strong><\/font> \u201cOr suppose a king is about to go to war against another king.
