Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>13<\/strong><\/font> But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>14<\/strong><\/font> Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>15<\/strong><\/font> While he was saying this to me, I bowed with my face toward the ground and was speechless. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>16<\/strong><\/font> Then one who looked like a man touched my lips, and I opened my mouth and began to speak. I said to the one standing before me, \u201cI am overcome with anguish because of the vision, my lord, and I feel very weak. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>17<\/strong><\/font> How can I, your servant, talk with you, my lord? My strength is gone and I can hardly breathe.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>18<\/strong><\/font> Again the one who looked like a man touched me and gave me strength. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>19<\/strong><\/font> \u201cDo not be afraid, you who are highly esteemed,\u201d he said. \u201cPeace! Be strong now; be strong.\u201d\n<br><br>\nWhen he spoke to me, I was strengthened and said, \u201cSpeak, my lord, since you have given me strength.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>20<\/strong><\/font> So he said, \u201cDo you know why I have come to you? Soon I will return to fight against the prince of Persia, and when I go, the prince of Greece will come; \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>21<\/strong><\/font> but first I will tell you what is written in the Book of Truth. (No one supports me against them except Michael, your prince.<br><br>\n\n\n\n<font color=\"red\">Luke 18 v 1-8<\/font>\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"red\">The Parable of the Persistent Widow<\/font>\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>1<\/strong><\/font> Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>2<\/strong><\/font> He said: \u201cIn a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>3<\/strong><\/font> And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, \u2018Grant me justice against my adversary.\u2019\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>4<\/strong><\/font> \u201cFor some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, \u2018Even though I don\u2019t fear God or care what people think, \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>5<\/strong><\/font> yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won\u2019t eventually come and attack me!\u2019\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>6<\/strong><\/font> And the Lord said, \u201cListen to what the unjust judge says. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>7<\/strong><\/font> And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>8<\/strong><\/font> I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly.
