We saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>3<\/strong><\/font> When King Herod heard this he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>4<\/strong><\/font> When he had called together all the people\u2019s chief priests and teachers of the law, he asked them where the Messiah was to be born. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>5<\/strong><\/font> \u201cIn Bethlehem in Judea,\u201d they replied, \u201cfor this is what the prophet has written:\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>6<\/strong><\/font> \u201c\u2018But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah,<br>\n    are by no means least among the rulers of Judah;<br>\nfor out of you will come a ruler<br>\n    who will shepherd my people Israel.\u2019\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>7<\/strong><\/font> Then Herod called the Magi secretly and found out from them the exact time the star had appeared. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>8<\/strong><\/font> He sent them to Bethlehem and said, \u201cGo and search carefully for the child. As soon as you find him, report to me, so that I too may go and worship him.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>9<\/strong><\/font> After they had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen when it rose went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>10<\/strong><\/font> When they saw the star, they were overjoyed. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>11<\/strong><\/font> On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him.
