Recorded on   the 26\/01\/20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.org\/embed\/260120\" webkitallowfullscreen=\"true\" mozallowfullscreen=\"true\" allowfullscreen=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"30\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Download Mp3 <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.org\/download\/260120\/260120.mp3\">HERE!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sermon starts at 1:44<\/p>\n\n\n\n<font color=\"red\">Matthew 4 v 12-23<\/font>\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"red\">Jesus Begins to Preach<\/font>\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>12<\/strong><\/font> When Jesus heard that John had been put in prison, he withdrew to Galilee. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>13<\/strong><\/font> Leaving Nazareth, he went and lived in Capernaum, which was by the lake in the area of Zebulun and Naphtali\u2014 \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>14<\/strong><\/font> to fulfill what was said through the prophet Isaiah:\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>15<\/strong><\/font> \u201cLand of Zebulun and land of Naphtali,<br>\n    the Way of the Sea, beyond the Jordan,<br>\n    Galilee of the Gentiles\u2014\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>16<\/strong><\/font> the people living in darkness<br>\n    have seen a great light;<br>\non those living in the land of the shadow of death<br>\n    a light has dawned.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>17<\/strong><\/font> From that time on Jesus began to preach, \u201cRepent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"red\">Jesus Calls His First Disciples<\/font>\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>18<\/strong><\/font> As Jesus was walking beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon called Peter and his brother Andrew. They were casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>19<\/strong><\/font> \u201cCome, follow me,\u201d Jesus said, \u201cand I will send you out to fish for people.\u201d \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>20<\/strong><\/font> At once they left their nets and followed him.\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>21<\/strong><\/font> Going on from there, he saw two other brothers, James son of Zebedee and his brother John. They were in a boat with their father Zebedee, preparing their nets. Jesus called them, \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>22<\/strong><\/font> and immediately they left the boat and their father and followed him.\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"red\">Jesus Heals the Sick<\/font>\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><strong>23<\/strong><\/font> Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sermon from St Andrews Church given by our reader Rev&#8217; Cathy Pullinger in this 3rd Sunday of Epiphany called \u2018Jesus begins His Ministry\u2019.
