Listen to whatever Sarah tells you, because it is through Isaac that\nyour offspring will be reckoned. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>13<\/b><\/font> I will make the son of the slave into a\nnation also, because he is your offspring.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>14<\/b><\/font> Early the next morning Abraham took some food and a skin of water and\ngave them to Hagar. He set them on her shoulders and then sent her off with\nthe boy. She went on her way and wandered in the Desert of Beersheba.\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>15<\/b><\/font> When the water in the skin was gone, she put the boy under one of the\nbushes.\n <br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>16<\/b><\/font> Then she went off and sat down about a bowshot away, for she\nthought, \u201cI cannot watch the boy die.\u201d And as she sat there, she began to\nsob.\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>17<\/b><\/font> God heard the boy crying, and the angel of God called to Hagar from\nheaven and said to her, \u201cWhat is the matter, Hagar? Do not be afraid; God has\nheard the boy crying as he lies there. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>18<\/b><\/font> Lift the boy up and take him by the\nhand, for I will make him into a great nation.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>19<\/b><\/font> Then God opened her eyes and she saw a well of water. So she went and\nfilled the skin with water and gave the boy a drink.\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>20<\/b><\/font> God was with the boy as he grew up.
