We saw his star when it rose and have come to\nworship him.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>3<\/b><\/font> When King Herod heard this he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>4<\/b><\/font> When\nhe had called together all the people\u2019s chief priests and teachers of the law, he\nasked them where the Messiah was to be born. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>5<\/b><\/font> \u201cIn Bethlehem in Judea,\u201d they\nreplied, \u201cfor this is what the prophet has written: \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>6<\/b><\/font> \u201c\u2018But you, Bethlehem, in the land\nof Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah; for out of you will come\na ruler who will shepherd my people Israel.\u2019\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>7<\/b><\/font> Then Herod called the Magi secretly and found out from them the exact time the\nstar had appeared. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>8<\/b><\/font> He sent them to Bethlehem and said, \u201cGo and search carefully\nfor the child. As soon as you find him, report to me, so that I too may go and worship\nhim.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>9<\/b><\/font> After they had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen\nwhen it rose went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child\nwas. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>10<\/b><\/font> When they saw the star, they were overjoyed. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>11<\/b><\/font> On coming to the house,\nthey saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped\nhim.
