(UK) by our reader Julie Taylor on 11th August 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.org\/embed\/110824\" width=\"500\" height=\"60\" frameborder=\"0\" webkitallowfullscreen=\"true\" mozallowfullscreen=\"true\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Download Mp3\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/archive.org\/download\/110824\/110824.mp3\">HERE!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sermon starts at 2:08<\/p>\n\n\n\n<font color=\"red\">Ephesians 4 v 22 to 5 v 2<\/font>\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>22<\/b><\/font> You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old\nself, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>23<\/b><\/font> to be made new in the\nattitude of your minds; \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>24<\/b><\/font> and to put on the new self, created to be like God in\ntrue righteousness and holiness.\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>25<\/b><\/font> Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your\nneighbour, for we are all members of one body. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>26<\/b><\/font> \u2018In your anger do not sin\u2019 \ndo not let the sun go down while you are still angry, \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>27<\/b><\/font> and do not give the devil\na foothold. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>28<\/b><\/font> Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must\nwork, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have\nsomething to share with those in need.\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>29<\/b><\/font>\nDo not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is\nhelpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those\nwho listen. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>30<\/b><\/font> And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were\nsealed for the day of redemption. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>31<\/b><\/font> Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger,\nbrawling and slander, along with every form of malice. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>32<\/b><\/font> Be kind and\ncompassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God\nforgave you.\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>1<\/b><\/font> Follow God\u2019s example, therefore, as dearly loved children \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>2<\/b><\/font> and live a life of\nlove, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering\nand sacrifice to God.\n<br><br>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today\u2019s sermon was given at St Andrews Church, Slip End.
