Sermon given our reader Julie Taylor on shoebox Sunday on the 30\/10\/22. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.org\/embed\/301022_202211\" webkitallowfullscreen=\"true\" mozallowfullscreen=\"true\" allowfullscreen=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"30\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Download Mp3&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/archive.org\/download\/301022_202211\/301022.mp3\">HERE!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sermon starts at 3:12<\/p>\n\n\n\n<font color=\"red\">Luke 19 v 1-10<\/font>\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>1<\/b><\/font> Jesus entered Jericho and was passing through. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>2<\/b><\/font> A man was there by the\nname of Zacchaeus; he was a chief tax collector and was wealthy. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>3<\/b><\/font> He\nwanted to see who Jesus was, but because he was short he could not see\nover the crowd. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>4<\/b><\/font> So he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore-fig tree to see him,\nsince Jesus was coming that way.\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>5<\/b><\/font>\nWhen Jesus reached the spot, he looked up and said to him, \u201cZacchaeus,\ncome down immediately. I must stay at your house today.\u201d \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>6<\/b><\/font> So he came down\nat once and welcomed him gladly.\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>7<\/b><\/font>\nAll the people saw this and began to mutter, \u201cHe has gone to be the guest of\na sinner.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>8<\/b><\/font>\nBut Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Lord, \u201cLook, Lord! Here and now I\ngive half of my possessions to the poor, and if I have cheated anybody out of\nanything, I will pay back four times the amount.\u201d\n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>9<\/b><\/font>\nJesus said to him, \u201cToday salvation has come to this house, because this\nman, too, is a son of Abraham. \n<br><br>\n<font color=\"blue\"><b>10<\/b><\/font> For the Son of Man came to seek and to\nsave the lost.\u201d\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sermon from St Andrews Church, Slip End, UK.
